    Hi there,

I have created sidebars for specific pages but the filters (woocommerce Product Search filters) are not displaying properly. I have added padding and tried various settings in the filter plugin, but when I select one atribute (say size) the content in lother filters dissapears. We have filters on all of our category pages and they are all different, specific to the product type, but we are seeing the same problems with them all.

Please see the screen shot: https://prnt.sc/JOb4TFsUGaQ8

    Can you help?

    Thanks

    Guy

    Hello,

So you are using an additional plugin.
Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our support.
Have you tried to contact the support of that plugin first? Please do this, then let us know the result.

    Regards

The plugin is a search filter plugin by WooCommerce. I have contacted them and they said that it is the theme which is causing the display issues. I know that there may just be some compatibility issues, but we were using the 8theme filters and the results were not correct when filtering by atribute, so needed to try a different version, but now there is this issue with display.

I was hoping you might know a simple solution maybe it is just a CSS problem?

There was another issue with displaying the filters where there was a shaddow over the filter content, so you could not see or click some content, but I solved that by turning off the scroll wityhin filter in the XStore settings.

    Thanks again for your help

    Hi There,

It is unfortunately still the same. It seems to be intermitent with no real pattern, but if I go to a sub menu page and select a size of product the atribute filters diappear from view.
