The majority of our products are set up as composite products, but we do have a handful of variable products. We recently noticed an error with our variable products.
When we select “Add to Cart” on a variable product, the page spins continually. The only way to stop the spinning is to click on the page or the back button. Once it stops spinning, the product appears in the cart. However, this issue causes a great deal of confusion leading customers to back out of orders.
This error only appears on variable product pages (here are two examples – http://bit.ly/2edLBxk http://bit.ly/2diTrIe). We tested the pages on Storefront, as well as our older WP themes, and the spinning error disappeared.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
Hello,
Go to Theme Options > Single Product Page > Ajax “Add To Cart” > set OFF . Product Addons plugin uses POST method and does not work with Ajax add to cart. Keep this option disabled if you want to use this plugin.
