I have trouble with variable products it Showing duplicate products
The colors also doesn’t work well with it .

1..No, the variations doesn’t show duplicate because as you can see all the variations are different from each other see image: https://postimg.cc/R3ZdJhCB

2.. The color issue is fixed now please check back to your site after clearing the browser cache. If you still see the color issue on the shop page variatitons then please let us know how does it look likes so that I will make it to solve your issue. Please explain with a screenshot.

Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Products style > Show Variations As Simple Products (Beta) > Off

The problem related to products display on the main page has been solved, but I am still facing this problem. I hope to find a solution to it.
