    Hi there,

Variable products are not showing options with the woo commerce update? This is happening to existing products which were fine before the update. Not sure why this is happening and how to resolve.

Also, when it comes to renewing licences for WooCommerce Address Validation, do we just have to purchase again?

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

Also, in the theme files, shouldn’t there be the license number for WooCommerce Address Validation – or do we have to purchase when this has run out?

    Hello SLK,

please provide us with admin credentials for your site in private content.
As ‘WooCommerce Address Validation’ is Woothemes product you need to contact them for license questions.

    Regards,
    Stan Russell.

Also, the products in drafts are mostly variables that we’ve had to take off because they weren’t showing up.

    Hello,

As I see options are shown:

Please clarify the issue with more details and show us screenshots.

If you could have a look into this product – Vintage Glass Storage Jars

As the options aren’t showing. And if they do, the prices stay the same for each one. But in the backend, everything looks correct, the different prices are there.

    Hello,

Please update the theme to the latest version.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/blanco/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

Thanks, I have updated the theme and added back in the style.css files, footer etc, when I do this is says that the theme is the older version,i’ve updated the version text so all looks ok.

I am still having issues with the products. But have started creating the attributes through the dashboard >products >attributes – which seems to be working ok.
