Variable Products not working IDStore - by FWDMotion

Hi,

I have used your theme to make an eCommerce website.

I need to have a variable product to define the sizes of the product (8|10|12|14|16), I have defined the prices and a stock quantity. It should manage the stock so that hen something is bought it will reduce this from the quantity.

When it is a single product all the information such as the “Add to cart” button and the product description are there, however when I change this to a variable product it will remove this information and it will appear blank.

I have tested this in another theme and it works fine, I have tried reinstalling your theme and updating everything and still no luck.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,

Please update the theme to the latest version.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/idstore/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

Hi Eva,

I have updated all of the plugins and the theme and it is still not working.

Everything is now up to date.

The simple products are still working and the variable products are not as per the links in my original email.

The problem was caused by WooCommerce Waitlist plugin.
I’ve deactivated it. Please check variable products now.
