I have tried flushing cache, incognito, creating the product from scratch…no luck.

    Please, contact administrator

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

Let us know the results and if this doesn’t help, provide us with FTP access.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Best regards,
    8Theme’s Team

I finally found the condition under which this happens. Since I tried recreating the product multiple times with the same result, it turns out that the issue is the number of variations (42). Is there a setting that can be adjusted to allow for this many variations to show in-stock? In the attached video, you can see that the issue arises when I go from 28 to 35 variations.

Please look at the screenshot to make sure I placed the code in the right file. The product still shows out of stock. I already flushed the cache.

    Dear @Safe Desires,

    Thank you for reaching out.

We kindly advise against modifying the parent theme files, as any changes made will be overwritten with the next update. During the demo installation process, you have the option to create a child theme.
    More information about child-themes -> https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/advanced-topics/child-themes/.

If you prefer not to use the child theme but still need to add custom code snippets as suggested, we recommend using a plugin that facilitates such implementations. Some suitable options include:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/code-snippets/
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/insert-headers-and-footers/

To assist you, we have installed and activated one of these plugins and added the previously mentioned snippet. You can review the implementation here: https://prnt.sc/RNOUlPIEYLHe. As a result, the product variations are now displaying correctly. Please verify this from your end: https://prnt.sc/zQZ715z5KSxJ.

If the issue has been resolved, we kindly ask you to mark this topic as closed.

Thank you for your cooperation and for respecting our support time.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
