Variation gallery problem via and wp all importer

    I saw that some others also have issues when importing products with images from a CSV file using WP All Import. It successfully imports all the images and works fine on the default theme, but on the XStore theme, when selecting a different color, it changes only one image instead of all of them. I tried enabling the variation gallery option, but it still changes the color of only one image and doesn’t display all the item colors. Variation gallery is problem

    1/ Could you please clarify which theme was active on the website from which the products were taken? Was it the XStore theme?

    2/ Additionally, we have just visited your website and noticed that the “Variation Gallery” option was not enabled. Does this mean that this option was disabled during the import process?

    3/ Could you please test how it works when the default Woocommerce theme, such as Storefront is activated? (Appearance > Themes). We kindly request that you record a video demonstrating. Upload the video on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with the URL.

    1/ The products are imported from a CSV file, not from a website.

    2/ The “Variation Gallery” option was not enabled initially; I enabled it later, but it still doesn’t work. The import process is automated and runs three times a day via a cron job.

    3/ I am unable to test and change the theme at the moment, but it has already been tested with the default theme, and everything worked fine. I also checked the gallery – images for all colors are imported but are not displayed.

    Thank you for reaching out to us. We would like to clarify whether the website from which you are importing also uses our XStore theme. If so, could you please confirm whether the Variation Gallery is created using the XStore theme’s built-in features or a third-party plugin?

    @Andrew-Mitchell As I already mentioned, I do not take products from any website, but from an API that converts via PHP script to CSV file three times a day and then imports automatically via WP All Import through a cron job! The variation with images has been tested and worked perfectly on the default theme, so please do not ask me duplicate questions that I have already answered.

    We tried to connect with the existing access you provided but seems they are not correct now and could be modified from your side.

    Because none of you managed to solve the problem for 5 days, I revoked your access after 5 days. Your integrated plugin for variation images in the gallery does not work when imported via WP All Import. The proof of this is that I disabled your integrated option in the theme and installed another variation plugin, which works perfectly.
