    Hello,

Image size you can change in Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images.
More information about product image settings you can find in WooCommerce Documentation – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/fixing-blurry-product-images/
After these changes, you need to Regenerate Thumbnails to apply them! You can use Regenerate thumbnails plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/force-regenerate-thumbnails/ to do this.

    Regards

Sorry , but it seems that you did not understand the issue.

Product images are fine, no problem with them.

I am talking abut variation images : in Woocommerce you can choose a secific image for a variation
    (ex t-shirt red, blue etcc…)

Here the problem is that when you choose a variation, the size frame of the main image doesn’t change so the variation image is streched

can you look at the example on this page to see what I mean
    https://www.stephane-alsac.com/boutique/dessins-originaux/dessin-chamois/
choose “encadré”, and see what happen

    thank you

Your images have different sizes http://prntscr.com/lgcn97 http://prntscr.com/lgcnfy
I would recommend you to use a graphics editor and prepare product images (make them the same size) before uploading it to your media gallery.
Also, go to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images > Shop page display > 600 and regenerate thumbnails using the plugin.
Size of these images http://prntscr.com/lgcqmt http://prntscr.com/lgcqqkcan be changed here – http://prntscr.com/lgcqy5 Don’t use hard crop if you don’t want to crop images.

    Regards
