Hi guys!

I continue billding a new website for my clients, but we have an issue about variation swatches. The first i complete follow your video:https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/variation-swatches/, but for me swatches can’t work. I want to enable to shop page and for product page too. And also have a question your included variation swatches can work on grouped products too?

Hello,

Sorry for the delay in answering.
Reply times can vary from time to time and be up to 24 hours Monday – Friday and up to 48 hours on weekends, Sat-Sun. But is usually faster than that.
Please provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.
Also, link from Private Content area of perfect-face-folyekony-highlighte product gives 404 page, please check.

I do not see any problem. Please follow screenshots and change settings depends on your needs.

Thx, the basic problem solved, do you have any idea why the swatches can’t apply on grouped products? or how i can solve this.

You can also check your website swatches setting by going to dashboard > Appearance > Customization > WooCommerce (Shop) > Shop Elements > Variation Swatches https://prnt.sc/ycu6mr.

Hi!

Thx for information, but i read this before. so lets take a new look whats my problem. So we make a product called: https://p1.hellowp.dev/?product=perfect-face-folyekony-highlighter
Heres the swatches works perfectly now. Than i add this product to a Product Bundle called: https://p1.hellowp.dev/?product=test heres the swatches can’t apply on a product in the group, but on single view its worked well. My question how i can apply there ? for swatches works on grouped products.

Hi

Kindly check your product variations either it is placed accordingly …. Check variation for every item of the product group and WooCommerce Variation Swatches.

Also check this documentation for grouped product.
