Variation swatches not working – default dropdowns showing instead

Hello. On my website I have enabled in Theme Options variation swatches (squares) but if I go to product page I always see default dropdown select menu with variations. Why ? How can I fix that ?

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access?

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

Hello. I’m sending you admin access. But I have one more problem, if you go to Shop page (in navigation) there you can see product images. I want to set up function if I hover over the product image I can see the variation swatches available. This I had on previous website. But now its not working, when I go to Theme Options / Woocommerce (shop) / Store / Product design and I’m trying to change product design as you can see here: https://prnt.sc/t_PXQBVFb1l6 but its not working. I change product design but if I hover over the image its not changed.

Please check it.

1/ Please provide the URL of product with the default dropdown select menu with variations.

2/ “his I had on previous website” – what theme was used on that website?
“if I hover over the product image I can see the variation swatches available” – please provide a video example of the desired result.
