Hey there, I added the new Product Grid to my main page with Elementor, and when selecting swatches, it is not switching between the different images. This feature does work on the store page, but not on the Elementor-made Product Grid main page. I just switched from the other depreciated Product module, and this newer feature is not working properly. Thanks!

Ok, just disabled.
Also, I was just trying to update the theme and I got this message:
An error occurred while updating XStore: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature
Something is wrong with my server…. cant upload stuff right now. Maybe that is a godaddy issue.
But this variations issue has been persistent.
Hello, Ryan,
1/ We appreciate your prompt response, but we can’t see your Home page content still, the maintenance mode was not disabled.
2/ Please go to Dashboard > Updates > click on “Check again” and then try to do updates.

Updates are done, and I have disabled Maintenance mode then flushed the cache
Hello, Ryan,
We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

I disabled all plugins, removed the css I added, and it still doesn’t work.
Might be an issue with that specific module for the product grid.
You can login with the details I provided and check it out.
I could just use the depreciated product module as a fix
Hello, Ryan,

Yes, here you go.
I also recently switched from Page Builder to Elementor and this happened.
Ok, when I remake it with a new product grid, it works.
But, when I search some products, I only get variations, for example the Boxer Brief. The main one isn’t showing up
The Trunk main one worked, other ones like the Boxer Brief, the “main” product is not showing up, and as I mentioned just the variations when searching by “ID” or “name” of product.
Hello, Ryan,
Kindly attempt the solution provided in the following discussion thread – https://www.8theme.com/topic/hotspot-widget-does-not-list-all-products/#post-368857

I did the code and that helped.
But this is very frustrating. There is something wrong with this product grids module. It works then it doesnt for variations.
Hello, Ryan,
We regret to inform you that your recent response has left us with some ambiguity. Could you kindly provide a more detailed explanation regarding the specific issue you are encountering at present?
We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to your clarification.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team
I found the solution! I was making product images “full” instead of keeping at 700×700 Woo thumbnail. That was breaking it.
Thanks for the help.
