Hi i have a problem, i ve selected attribute for variation swatches and i ve got to show me up the out of stock item, so on product page it’s gose perfectly it’ only shows the avalible product and give a cross to unavalible but on single product page, depends on which attribute u press, thay come un and then give the message out of stock, but as for the page shop it should be not visible and not cliccable

We kindly request you to activate the “Hide out of stock items from the catalog” option. You can find this option by navigating to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory.

I ve already tried that way, it goes oki but i cannot find the out of stock product, so i would like to see the out of stock and that the variation swatches works like it works on the shop page or on quick view, so to make it clear only on the single product page it gives that kind of problem.

Please provide URL of the variable product single product page, so we can take a closer look.
Also, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

The alternative Stock Logic is already enabled, but doesn’t work.
Afternoon, i’ve first opened the topic on 9th of Novembe, I was answered yesterday before even having checked the web site, becouse was asked me to enable an option that was alrady enabled. I Have asked for another thing and been told that was about customization so the theam developer soon answer me giving the price of 60 $ per hour, analizing the problem.
So explain me what is paid the support for if we have this resoult and now i’m talking about this topic, repeat opend on 9 and still waiting for an accurate answere looking closer at the problem.

It is still not working properly, you can try just pressing on any flavour, and all the flavours become selectable. So the correct way is like the quick view, in that section is responding as it should
