Variations not displaying on Featured, Cross-sell or up-sell sections

Hi,

The doesn’t display up-sells etc when a specific variation of a product is selected, but works ok for main products only. Store I’m working on includes handgabs in different colours under one parent code, but I’m unable to link colours in any of the said sections.

I’ve looked at code in up-sells.php and this is definetely problem with the (outdated?) method in how products are retrieved. Overriding it with *standard* woocommerce 3.0.5 code corrects it!

Can you please advise of *all* relevant code changes needed, since I have to handover project to the client next wek and am still discovering issues.

P.S. The sites has been updated to the latest version of Legenda theme (3.2) and running woocommerce 3.0.5.

Hello,

Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme – official WC theme and check if you have this issue with our theme only or even with official theme too. In case, problem appears only with our theme reply back and provide me wp-admin and FTP accesses in Private Content area.

Hi,

As said earlier standard theme (wp twentyseventeen) behaves correctly. I’ve attached two screenshots which show up-sells for the same product; one in legenda, second in the standard theme. Standard theme displays a variation correctly.

Hello,

Try to disable 3-rd party plugins (means the plugins that are not included in the theme package are not in the list of required plugins) and check your issues.
We can’t guarantee full compatibility of 3rd-party plugins with the theme.
