Variations of Variable product faliure - by xisco

HI,
when I add variations to a variable product, (ie: sizes), in the edit product page, having selected “product data” -> variable product -> Variations, I get 10 variations, once I click expand I can’t see the variations of the product.

If I delete the variations and I select “create variations from all the attributes”, it create again the 10 variations and it allow me to modify each variation, and they now expand.

It looks ridiculous that to get it done I have to delete it the first time. could be that the theme is not working with some plugins?

Hello,

Try to disable all the third-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ and try to save your page again. Does the issue still persist? If not then enable the additional plugins one by one and check which one causes problem.

thank you so much for your prompt reply. Following to your suggestion I did as you told me and now everything is functioning properly so I haven’t detected which plugging was the cause of the failure, so maybe until the moment of an update there will be no more news.

anyway, now is working so thank you once more for your support
