Various issues with main menu (hover effect, positioning, closing)

The main menu should open when hovered over. It does it for everything but the Shop Tab because it is built as a static block. How can auto-open be enabled even for the Shop sub-menu?
Also, when no longer hovering over the menu, it should auto-close but the Static Block remains open.
Lastly, https://safedesires.com/staticblocks/static-shop/ is formatted correctly by itself, but the 3-column width forces the right-side images to extend past the boxes.
