    Hi 8theme.

As recommended should I repost my comment from themeforest one the forum.

I have two issue with theme.

    1. WooCommerce will not display VAT tax at all. I have set all informations correctly in woocommerce but it’s still not working.

    2. I have copied the static footer from another theme on a sub-domain but it won’t be shown at footer.

I have added an user for wordpress and added logininformations in private.

    Hello,

    1. Please update the theme to the latest version.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/woopress/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

    2. I’ve added “8theme – Static Block” widget into “Footer 2” area in Appearance > Widgets. Now the footer is shown.
    Please check.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi EVA.

    Thank you for the response.

I have not updated my theme yet because I’m worried about to lose all my product-settings. Do I need to be scared?

Besides do I use this plugin http://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-extra-product-options/7908619 – Will some of the settings be removed from woocommerece when I deleting the folder?

    Cheers

    Hello,

Before update we always recommend to create back up of the files and database.

As I see this plugin “WooCommerce TM Extra Product Options” is installed in Plugins section of your wp-admin panel. Its settings won’t be removed because you don’t delete this plugin folder, but before update you need delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/woopress/ (it’s in the theme directory and not in plugins).

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi Eva,

I have tried to get in touch with woocommerce but how do I open a ticket without any purchase?
