VC issue after the WP update - by insider

Hello got a problem after the last Wp update can not edit the page with the WP page builder
Updated the theme. No result. The WP page builder is not the latest version. (from the theme package). Experiencing this issue with the only one page – Home. Other pages – no problem. When trying to edit the page with the VC getting this http://prntscr.com/m6wg36

Hello,

Please update WPBakery Page builder (formerly Visual Composer) and Massive Addons for WPBakery page builder plugins – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/

Try to disable Massive Addons plugin, if this solves the problem, it is a known issue of the Massive Addons plugin that caused by server limits https://codecanyon.net/item/massive-addons-for-visual-composer/14429839/comments?page=36&filter=all#comment_14143143 https://codecanyon.net/item/massive-addons-for-visual-composer/14429839/comments?filter=all&page=79#comment_18501820 You need to contact hosting provider and ask to increase the maximum body length value.

Hi, still experiencing huge issues with the theme! When trying to edit this pagehttps://carhouse.fr/mini-project/ for ex. 1. It does not show up the sliders. Just stops on the 2-d one. 2. Disabled all the footers, copyrights etc – no way. What’s wrong?

You mean that when you edit via Front-end Editor and the slider doesn’t showing?

Hi, I mean when I’m editing a page from 4 revolution sliders, it’s showing only two of them. And I can not disable footers neither copyrights. Please check the page. Thanks

Exactly everything seems to be working when editing but when you try to view the page you get this http://prnt.sc/mqahgx
The 3d slider does not appear on the page. All the footers6 copyrights disabled when editing are still on the page.

Please provide URL of the page.
On your home page, I can see that prefooter, footer and copyrights were disabled via [8theme] Layout options but this space http://prntscr.com/mqcpir is caused by https://prnt.sc/mqcpf7 = https://prnt.sc/mqbi2g and http://prntscr.com/mqcq4o
To remove this padding http://prntscr.com/mqcq4o from all pages, you need to add this code http://prntscr.com/mqcr15 in Theme Options > Custom css.
If you want to disable the footer on all pages, go to Appearance > Widgets > http://prntscr.com/mqcqni

Disable prefooter and footer for this page only http://prntscr.com/mqctuv or globally in Appearance > Widgets > http://prntscr.com/mqcqni
Add the code http://prntscr.com/mqcugb for the page https://prnt.sc/mqcuyb or globally in Theme Options > Custom css.

Hello,

This https://prnt.sc/mqcqni was changed to https://prnt.sc/mqqbx4
The breadcrumbs is enabled in Theme Options http://prntscr.com/mqqcsa You need to disable it via Theme Options or for the page separately – http://prntscr.com/mqqdvh
Also, I would recommend you to disable “Header over the content” in Theme Options > Header > Header styles and enable it for pages where it is required – http://prntscr.com/mqqel5 only.
The problem with sliders was caused by duplication of ids. 2 sliders can’t have the same content in this field https://prnt.sc/mqqq81
