Version_info not installed error after Demo import of Real Estate template

I did a clean installation of WordPress, only installed the XStore theme and activated it with the XStore Core required plugin also. All the required server settings are met and exceeded.

When I import the Real Estate template I get the error “version_info not installed” and when I try to preview my site it just says “A critical error has occured”.

I cannot find any support topic that refers to this error. Please advise.
