Vertical menu only shows up in Chrome, not firefox or safari

Hi there!
1) The vertical menu only shows up in Chrome, not firefox or safari, not sure why?
2) can I change from Xstore child version to 9.3.10, will there be any impact?

Hello,

1/ We have identified that the issue with the vertical menu not appearing may be related to cache settings, as it persists across multiple browsers including Chrome, particularly for users who are not logged in.
To resolve this, we kindly request that you clear your cache. If the issue continues, consider temporarily disabling the cache to see if that rectifies the problem.

2/ In case you want to use the parent theme, you need to transfer Theme Options, because they are different for these themes: go to Theme Options (when the child theme is activated) > Import/Export > Download the export file. After that activate the parent theme (Appearance > Themes) > go to Theme Options > Import/Export > import your options and reload the page without saving! Save options only after reloading. Check your site after that, and use the parent theme.
