Very Low speed - by mazepa - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Good day Support Team

We did follow all instructions to speed our page up, but it did not help. Service provider claimed it all about theme speed.
Kindli advice.

Have you optimized the images?
As I see slow loading is caused by images http://www.webpagetest.org/result/160629_E3_1CBH/1/details/ .
