Hi
I installed your theme as you show in the video.I use configuration PHP as a screen http://prntscr.com/dciho2 and http://prntscr.com/dcihy5.
When I press any button in the backend web (with Visual Composer) I have to wait to any reaction 20- 40 sec. It’s horrible .:(
Can you find any solution?
Regards
Andrea
Hello,
Could you please check how fast your backend will work with a standard WordPress theme? In case it loads to slow with other themes also we suggest you contact your hosting providers and ask for help since it is a server related issue.

Thank you.
Could you please check two things:
1. Switch to default wordpress theme and check site loading
2. Try to remove all sections one by one from your home page with Visual Composer to see which one needs much time to load.
Regards
Hi
How can I understand your suggest”1. Switch to default wordpress theme and check site loading”.Do you suggest open this site with another theme?
Cheers
Andrea
Hello,
You need to check if you have speed issues with our theme only or even with default WP theme, that’s why go to Appearance > Themes and enable default WP theme and check the speed of your site.

Hi I’ve checked all with my provider .Our server is OK.This slow work contain only your main page as I wrote in the private content.Once again please check this and help me how to resolve this. The work on this page is mission impossible 🙂
Cheers
Andrea
Hello,
Take my apologies for the delay in answering.
Have you tried to edit the page with default WP theme? What results did you get?
I see you are using many additional plugins for VC such as Save Load Element for Visual Composer, Templatera. These plugins also may affect the speed of your backend. Please, disable all the third-party plugins except those came bundled with our theme and check the page editing.

Hi
I removed all foreign plugin but the effect is the same 🙁

Hi
For your information I compress all photos ( my photos have weight between 65-85 KB)
But I have in the PageSpeed Insights horrible result
for the computer http://prntscr.com/dedxvm
for the mobile http://prntscr.com/dedy5u
for all GTmetrix http://prntscr.com/deebq7
Especially please see how to load mobile version .Is it really mission impossible 🙁
I have tested the work WordPress backend after removing the plugins. The slow work it’s only Chrom. In the Firefox I do not have this problem .Also when can restored plugin Templatera and VC in the chrom backend work extremaly slow. But in the Firefofox I do not this problem.
For my opinion this is any conflict with Xstore page and Chrom.
Please answer me why this main page have disastrous results of PageSpeed Insights
Regards
Andrea
Hello,
First of all you need to check the content on your site:
– disable plugins that you don’t use http://prntscr.com/dehpxu
– optimize images http://prntscr.com/dehqqd there are special services for the image optimization, https://kraken.io/ for example. You’ll be able to install special plugin for the WP and optimize all the images you have
Also, solve the moments related to your server http://prntscr.com/dehsn2
I have deactivated your cache plugin and installed W3 Total Cache. It gives the better result for your site, but you still should solve the problem with images
http://prntscr.com/dei9t1
http://prntscr.com/deiaet
https://gtmetrix.com/reports/twojezabawki.eu/jdFO5EcB
Besides, when I test your site with Chrome tool your speed results are not bad http://prntscr.com/deifdn
Regards
Do you recommend any plugin to make site faster?
Hello, @guilherme
Use cache plugin. We prefer W3 Total Cache plugin but you can use any other plugin if it gives better results.
