Video background - by k1 - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hello, I followed the tutorial for setting the video on the background. For some reason my video only plays on the Chrome and IE, it doesn’t show on Firefox. Could you please let me know what should I do?

Are you talking about this video background http://storage2.static.itmages.com/i/15/0720/h_1437406877_8377413_466e326fee.png ?
I’ve checked it in Firefox and it’s working fine.
Please make sure your browser is up to date.
