Video comes up when I would like to activate XStore

Video comes up when I would like to activate XStore and I can’t get around this in any way.

The popup with the video should have a Close X button on the right or left top side.

I found a solution to the problem, I had to resize the screen so it was set to 90% instead of 100%.
