Hi, we setup the setting – Video instead of feature image
We use video for some of the products but still they do not show

Please, contact administrator
for this information.

Hello, @Creatica,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

To showcase videos instead of featured images for certain products, kindly follow these steps:

a) Navigate to XStore >> Theme Settings.
b) Select Woocommerce(Shop) >> Shop >> Product Design.
c) On the left sidebar, locate and enable the option “Video Instead Of Featured Image.”

By following these instructions, your videos should now be displayed as intended. For a visual reference, please consult the image provided at the following link:

Thanks! But how can we edit the Product archive page now?
We used the Product Archive Builder to make our products images with styles and some other things?

Now we cant make the images with corner radius and borders. Can we have the Product Archive Builder?

Should you prefer to display videos in lieu of featured images for select products, we recommend utilizing the Products widget within the XStore Builder: Product Archive Builder, rather than the Archive Product widget. Please note that the Archive Product widget does not currently support the option to showcase videos.
