Hi,
on mobile devices the “view cart” button (german: einkaufswagen ansehen) does not work/react on mobile devices. So customers purchase can not be continued.

As I see, you are using new woocommerce version and old theme version.

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!
You need to enter your purchase code to activate our new theme version.

Please check if the problem persists with default Woocommerce theme Storefront. Also, disable all the third-party plugin and check if it fixes the issue.

Hi i am using the theme ROYALSTOREv 3.0.2.1 and “View Cart” Button does not work on mobile devices, did i miss a step?

You have out of date files http://prntscr.com/fn5d9n. In this case, you need to delete “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/royal/ and upload a new one from the latest theme archive.
Please note that before uploading theme files you need delete “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package (to avoid problems with old files).

ok i updated the files (deleted the woocommerce folder then uploaded the new one ) it still is not working and i still get the warning in my admin

This three files needs updating,
royal/woocommerce/checkout/form-billing.php
royal/woocommerce/checkout/form-shipping.php
royal/woocommerce/myaccount/form-edit-address.php
copy the same files from wp-contents/plugins/woocommerce/templates folder or from a zip downloaded from the WP Plugin repo of Woocommerce plugin. I will notify this with the developers to fix that in the next version.

I updated the files
tried new phone browser
reset cache
reset cache in wordpress with caching plugin
tested on another phone
still does not work
is there a way to review like my source code for a conflict, any way for me to tell?
Hi,
Try our demo if that works in your mobile, then try disable all the plugins except the recommended plugins by 8theme and activate the parent theme ( if you have the child theme active ), clear the cache and see that works, so that we can find what cause that.
If that works, then revert the step one by one like activate the child theme first then see the issue is there or not, then activate the plugin one by one.
