View file format - by Dash - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Please help me to solve a problem: when I “purchase” a downloadable file in my shop as a customer I get an e-mail with a link button. I download a file via this button, but I can’t open it, because it is in “view” format. It is actually a video file (placed on google disk). The file on disk is ok, but the downloaded file is in “view” format, which can’t be opened.
    Can You help?

    Hello,

    Downloadable product is the default WooCommerce option, it’s not related to our theme and we don’t have any options for this in theme settings. Contact WooCommerce plugin support https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ with your question, theme support is able to help you only with theme settings.
