Hello.

I have a problem with the video posts.

I want my blogger to post articles with video from vimeo. So she has to paste iframe code in the post. But It won’t let her embed videos from vimeo. Not sure why. Once she hit publish or save draft, it completely wipes out the embed code.

I have noticed, that I can post videos as admin. I didn’t find any settings on posting iframes in the template.
Please help me.

Try to use text block element with Visual Composer plugin.

Do you mean you can post video as admin but other user that you created can’t?

I can’t change the theme to default to try it because I will lose a lot of customization which are done inside the theme.

Hello,

Have you edited original theme files?
We recommend you to use child theme not to lose modifications after the theme update.
You won’t lose changes after you switch the theme. You’ll be able to activate the previous theme again.

I know about it and I have tried it, but not all my changes worked ((( so I had to change the main theme….

Hello,

Sorry, but we need to test this issue with default WordPress theme as well.
The issue may be related to WordPress not the theme.
Did you change only style.css or other theme files?

Also you can create a back up of your files and database to be able to restore them if something goes wrong.
