Hi there

After updating the theme the WPBakery Visual Composer says there is an update needed and to download from codecanyon. When I visit codecanyon it prompts to purchase the item from themeforest.

also, when trying to use the front end editor with this plugin, the page tries to load but never does. could you please help me with this?

Hello,

I’ve checked Visual Composer on your website and it’s works well.
Look at screenshot, here i’m used the frontend editor http://prntscr.com/464izp
Try to clear cache browser or update to latest version.

I have cleared cache on browser and still don’t get that screen. See what I get It just shows loading?

Also, what about the update?

Thank you for updating that. Unfortunately I still don’t get past the loading page. What could be stopping it form my end? I have cleared cache and cookies.
