Hi can i get the upgrade for visual composer & visual composer doesn’t work on some pages it just loading.

I’ve updated Visual Composer via FTP, but unable to access wp-admin panel, getting the error:
“You must log in to access the admin area.”

Hello,

Sorry, but you have a lot of information in product blocks. So we will not be able to reduce size.
I can recommend you to remove the margin. And it will look like this: http://prntscr.com/4ks4kg
Add this code into custom.css file.
```
.product-excerpt .a-vertical {
margin-bottom:0px;
}
```

I have updated to wordpress 4 and since then visual composer is not working properly.

I cant delete grids and when I save it doesnt want to exit pop up screen.

Please advise.

Hello,

I’ve just tried to edit Home page via Visual Composer editor and haven’t seen any problems. The elements are opened and closed successfully. Please try to check it with some other browser.
Are you editing the elements via backend or frontend editor?

Ok.

I have updated to wordpress 4.

When I am editing a page (any really) the following things happen:

– firstly, when in backend editor, I cant delete a row. I click on the “cross” but nothing happens.

– Secondly, when I am editing a section in the row (for example a text block) and I want to ad a image, it brings up the image uploader popup. once image is choosen and I press “save” the pop up doesnt disapear, it stays there. when I press cancel nothing happens. So what I need to do is to right click on my mouse, select “reload”, when it gives an pop up asking to either leave page or stay, I choose stay. I am then able to press the Cross on top right corner to give me a pop up saying that if I close window all shortcodes will be lost… I then press cancel. Then press the close cross again and I tick the box that says dont allow further action (or something) and close.

It would be better for you to see what I am talking about… cant really describe it in full… eish…

Hello,

I’ve just checked your site again and haven’t replicated the same problem. The rows and elements are deleted successfully in Visual Composer editor. Have you tried to check it in another browser? Please do this. Also try to clear the cache and cookies of your current browser.
