Hi, when I use any of the 8theme blog elements, I get this strange array code appear at the top of the body content (see screenshot in private content)
Also, how does one create a page featuring posts of a particular category in a 3 column grid layout whilst keeping my original blog page as a 2 column blog list? I feel like I’m missing some parameters in the 8theme blog VC element to specify the layout as different from my main blog page.
Any help on these two points would be greatly appreciated!
Hello,
Take my apologies for this inconvenience. Could you provide FTP access and we’ll fix it in no time?
Regards
Hi, thanks for your swift response. Please find the ftp log in details in the private section below.
Will this enable me to do the second issue I mentioned?
Hello,
We have fixed array. At present blog VC element has such design: first item – big image, and 2 columns grid after that http://prntscr.com/cc4znt We plan to improve this element in next theme updates and add ability to select default grid layout etc.
If you want to display grid of posts I would recommend you to choose Posts Grid or Masonry Grid VC element. There you’ll be able to choose the type of pagination and posts design http://prntscr.com/cc52go . I have created 8theme Posts grid template, similar to our blog style http://prntscr.com/cc520c
You may also edit it if you want to change something.
Regards
Thank you for fixing this! And the I’ll look into the grid template, this looks like it could be useful!
Many thanks
