I have used this theme elsewhere and all works perfectly, have bought the theme again, but this time I don’t get any of the options on the visual composer, I only get the very basics, have uploaded all th elatest plugins and themes it just doesn’t give me the additional options!!

Hello,

Do you have selected all Content Types in Settings->Visual Composer?
Also please provide us with link to the page and wp-admin access in Private Content.

Yes, it doesn’t matter which one I am on, I only get around 35 options as aaposed to the 100 options on the other theme

Hi, I have managed or at least someone else has managed to resolve it, it was user error!!! there was some settings which weren’t obvious

However disappointed while this issue was urgent it took so long to get an answer
