Visual Composer add Product page to post or page

Hello
My product page has the related products scroller at the bottom underneath the product description which works fine.
However, when I use the visual composer to add a product PAGE inside the content are of an ordinary post, the related products scroller does not work properly, and I just get a huge grid of loads of related products at the bottom of a very, very long page.
Any suggestions, as I would really like to be able to use that feature.
