Visual Composer bugs. Cannot access the content of the pages in the administrati

Hey guys,

Just bought the theme which is superb and easy to use!

We only have one problem. The visual composer is bugging right now… When I desactivate the plugin I can see all the VC shortcodes but once the plugin is switched to ON, the edit of the page is broken.

Hello,

You’re using old VC plugin version. Please update it and check the issue.
You can download the latest plugins versions at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ,
enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.

If the issue will persists then provide us with FTP credentials in Private Content.

Ok thanks, I do it right now.

The other plugins are up to date so I don’t need to download them for your website. Is that right? The only plugin that needs to be manually updated is visual composer?

Hello,

The problem is caused by Essential Grid plugin. Deactivate it and Visual Composer editor will work.
Perhaps there is lack of resources on a server. You need contact your hosting provider support to check it as on our test site all those plugins are working fine together.

That’s my own server. What kind of ressources does it need!? I can change the configs !

wP Limit is set to 256 mb!

Hello,

Currently memory_limit value is set to 128M. Try to increase it to 256M.
