Visual Composer button link not working?

I recently had my website crash via Godaddy hosting so I am rebuilding my website using WP Engine hosting. I am trying to add links to both the help and track order buttons within static block “SQUARETAC FOOTER” and the links are non functional. Please advise, thanks

Hello,

There is a bug in the theme with the Buttons element. It will be fixed in the nearest update.
It will be released very soon.
