Hello, I’ve installed the latest WP 4.4.1 and purchased Woopress theme just a week ago. I followed the instructions of setting everything (PLESK, PHP, latest WOOcommerce etc) required and I’ve installed all the plugins. Everything worked perfectly. After activating VC though I’ve noticed that it wasn’t appear under the settings menu. When I go on VC settings all I can see is Google fonts subsets; content types options aren’t there.
I deactivated VC and other plugins and installed it again- nothing changed. I looked for troubleshooting on forums and I couldn’t find anywhere a similar issue. Please advise what it might be wrong.
Hello Yannis-XLS,
please provide us with admin credentials for your site in private content. We will check this issue for you.

Thank you for the reply.
Hello,
As I see you didn’t have installed base demo content. You can do it in Theme Options->Import/Export.
Please read more in our documentation:
https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/index.html#!/demo_data_installation
Also I’ve enabled all Post types in Dashboard->Visual Composer->Role Manager->Custom.
Regards,
Robert Hall.
OK, thank you! I’m wondering if you have an updated documentation? Some plugins screenshots aren’t the same maybe because they’re are newer versions and it’s very confusing following the instructions at times.
Not yet, but our developers are working on it.
Sorry for inconvinience.
Regards,
Robert Hall.
