Visual composer doesn't work after theme install

    Hi,
    I installed royal theme on a new wp 4.5.1 installation.
    I noticed that visual composer doesn’t work, because when I try to add an element from the menu nothing happends, when I click on whatever element I have nor result or error message, simply nothing.

    Hello,

    What is your site name?
    Also check if you’re using the latest VC version. You can download it here https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .
    Update the plugin via FTP as there was incompatibility issue between WordPress 4.5 and old VC version.

    Hi Eva,
    you were right, it was the VC version.
    I updated all plugin, but something still doesn’t work properly.

    If you go to page “Specialità al cinghiale” I have set it for a one page navigation through a widjetised sidebar (the main sidebar contains a menu called specialità al cinghiale). The main horizontal menu on this page must remain as it is.
    I put the ID name to the main rows of this page, which where products are, and set the menu itens with ancor on those ID, but if you try to browse through products by clicking on right menu items, you’ll see that page doesn’t scroll properly because visbile section doen’t fit the beginning of anchored row…. I hope I’m clear, it’s not easy to explain.
    The page should show 7 or 8 products and I need a way to browse from one product to another without scrolling all the page each time.

    Anoter problem on this page is the progress bar on the left that doesn’t show on frontend.

    Hello,

    You may try to add padding-top value in the row settings to fix scrolling issue.

    Please show on a screenshot what progress bar you mean.

    Hi Eva,

    I already tried with padding, as you can see in row settings, but the scroll doesn’t work anyway.
    I don’t know how can I attach the screenshot, but I gave you credential to enter and see this page (I wrote them in the private content)

    If VC progress bar doesn’t work, I can avoid using it, but I need use page scrolling and it must work proprly, at the it’s uneuseful.
