theme version 4.13
wordpress version 4.9.1
finished updating theme plugins (via appearance > install plugins > 8themes core plugins)
BUT, VISUAL COMPOSER IS NOT UP TO DATE… (don’t know how I can update this when this plugin is included in the theme? currently on version 5.21..
getting this error msg: An error occurred while updating WPBakery Visual Composer: To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit Settings to activate your Visual Composer. Got Visual Composer in theme?)
having these issues:
1. cannot pick background color using visual composer
2. whenever I make edits on page using visual composer, my page automatically goes down to the bottom of the page
3. missing tabs on visual composer (such as missing tabs on column settings)
please helm me address these issues.

No, if you still see this issue it means that Massive addons plugin version is less than 2.3.1. Please, update plugin to latest version 2.3.2 https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/

I am having the same problem now. I updated to XStore 4.48, WPBakery 5-5-2, and Massive Addons 2.3.3.
I’ve tried in both Firefox and Chrome. And cleared the cache in both of them.
Maybe I’m missing something, but when I go to edit the Design Options on a row, clicking the colors does nothing? Is there something else I should be doing?

What did you click (or other) to get that up?
As I said when I asked about this (a week ago) I may be missing something.
But I get what is shown in the private screenshot, and I cannot find anything that responds to a click.

This is very strange. As I said on July 6th, I had already tried this in multiple browsers.
I ran it again today in Chrome on two different computers, one of which had not previously logged into our site.
My Chrome is the same version you are running.
Version 67.0.3396.99 (Official Build) (64-bit)
I also logged in with the 8theme login. And I think I am clicking the exact same button you were. But I still don’t get an editable color value.

One other thought – how are you getting to the edit window? I am using the link at the top of the viewed page for “Edit Page”.

This issue is the known problem for those who updated WP to version 4.9.x and used the old version of Massive Addons plugin (2.2) https://www.8theme.com/topic/vc-info-box-settings-unable-to-set-colour-setting-in-advanced-view/#post-182507 . So, make sure that you are using MA plugin 2.3.3 and cleared the browser cache because if you updated plugin and did not cleared cache you still see this issue.
You can use https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/clear-cache/cppjkneekbjaeellbfkmgnhonkkjfpdn?hl=en to clear cache for the Chrome browser. Let me know about the results.

All the things you mention were things I tried before I contacted you.
If there was anything regarding WP or plugin versions, you would see the same problem when logged into our site. And not only did I clear the chrome cache, I used another chrome instance that could not have cached anything. And I get the error in Firefox and IE as well. And have cleared the cache in those browsers as well.

Can you try to disable Massive Addons plugin and check if you have the problem with picker when plugin is disabled?
