I have tried everything from increasing memory, stripping my .htaccess file, removing all other plugins, switching browsers, switching browser versions, you name it. I cannot get the visual composer front end to work in WooPress.
It works in all the other themes I have loaded.
Because this plugin was delivered with the purchase of WooPress I cannot go to the Visual Composer people for help. Part of the reason why I made the purchase from you was because a bunch of additional plugin purchases are not necessary.
Searching on the web reveals that I am not alone with problems with Visual Composer, but none of the fixes suggested have helped with WooPress. I just doesn’t work.
Help.
Hello,
Did you have enabled all Content Types in Dashboard->Settings->Visual Composer?
Also please provide us with wp-admin access in Private Content.
Regards,
Robert Hall.
Yes. I followed this document WooPress_Responsive_Ecommerce_Wordpress_Theme/Documentation/index.html.
Hello,
Yes, you are right. There is a bug in theme. It will be fixed in the next update of the theme.
Sorry for inconvenience.
Regards,
Robert Hall.
Robert,
I’ve already been struggling with this for a week. I can’t wait another week. I’m on a deadline. As it is right now the theme is unusable, so I’ve paid for nothing.
If you can’t deliver an update right away then I’ll need my money back so I can purchase a working theme and move on.
Regards,
Kev
Hello,
Unfortunately Visual Composer fron-end editor can’t be loaded in the theme due to heavy elements that are loaded on the home page. You can use only back-end editor. Please take our apologies for inconveniences.

Eva Kemp.
