I purchased this software a few days ago. Everything is installed and updated. However, when saving my work, the Visual Composer icon continues to spin and save nothing.
This is my second attempt at getting support from you guys in the past 2 days. What do I need to do to get the proper attention/support I need?
I’m beginning to lose my patience…
Thanks,
Anthony.

I waited what felt like forever, so I posted again.. Here is the post. He still has not replied.. I added my WP login in priv.
Hi Rob,
I have no problem taking screenshots of what’s going on here, but how do I get them to you? I don’t see an upload button anywhere on this page.
As long as the product works I really don’t care to get auto updates directly from the author. But I would like to remove that “Please activate your copy of the Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer to get update notifications, access to support features & other resources!” bar. What do you suggest?
I included my WP login in private. Recap: Try to add an image to the sample page I created and save it. You will see in the upper left corner VC spins and doesn’t save. I just tried it. Let me know.
Thanks!

Cool. Ty. I see the images in there now, please tell me what you did. I also need to remove that sidebar, where do I do that? Did not see it in the widgets area. Thx.
Hello,
I reuploaded the file vc.php in wp-content/themes/woopress/framework directory.
To remove sidebar go to Pages > edit your home page and select “Without Sidebar” in “Sidebar Position” field on the right side of the editor.
