Visual Composer icon spins in upper left corner and you can't save the changes.

I am having trouble with Visual Composer. After I add an image to one of my pages it will not save the changes. The icon just spins in the upper left corner.

I searched this problem in the support database and it looks like support has copied vc.php into the themes directory and then cleared browser cache and problem was fixed.

Where can I get the vc.php file?

now I have a new, similar problem: I can’t set background image for a row in parallax mode.

Clicking to Add image button, nothing happens.

Hello Jack,

The problem comes randomly, today I managed to set the parallax background at first, and then I reloaded my WordPress, and then I couldn’t change the pic. A few hours after it was good again, but on an other page wasn’t. Now I think this could be some error with my browser or I don’t know…
Sorry I can’t tell more exact informations, now I’ve managed to set all background I wanted, so I just hope this problem won’t come back again.
