Hello-
I just updated my Legenda theme to version 2.2 via ftp. I reinstalled the Visual Composer plugin (version 4.1.2) and activated it but when I go to edit the pages it isn’t there. It’s also not listed under the settings menu. I’m not sure if I don’t have the latest version as other forum posts refer to or if I’m having some other type of problem.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you!
Hello,
Do you selected all Content types like at documentation?

Like I said, Visual Composer is not listed in the “Settings” menu like shown in the documentation. I’m unable to select anything as it does not appear there.
Hello,
Please provide us with wp-admin and FTP credentials in Private Content.

See wp-admin info in private. Unfortunately, my site is hosted by a different company and I’m not able to give out the FTP login information.
Hello,
You’ve updated the theme to the latest version but VC is still of the old version. Please update it as well. You can find a new version at this link http://themeforest.net/item/legenda-responsive-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/5888906
Re-download the theme archive, extract it and you’ll find VC plugin folder in the legenda/framework/plugins directory.

Eva Kemp.
Thanks so much! I had done that before contacting support but I had just tried overwriting the old version with the new version. This time I deleted the old version of the plugin completely and then copied the new version. Everything is fixed!
You’re welcome.
Enjoy your work!
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
