Looks like Visual Composer doesn’t load regardless of how many times I reinstall the theme.
Any ideas?

This looks like it should only be shown to an admin.

Please provide us with wp-admin panel credentials as well.
Concerning the Account menu go to Theme Options > Shop and set “Enable sidebar on “My Account” page” to “Off”.

When I add options such as “Product Size” it changes the front page button Call to Action from Add to Cart to Select Options.
Any way to change it back?

Could you please clarify your issue with Visual Composer?
As I see it’s working fine as well as your pages where the editor is used.
If you add product variations and make a product variable, the “Add to Cart” button is changed automatically as you have to choose options before buying it. This is Woocommerce configuration.

The load icon shows up, but it never stops loading and I’m unable to edit anything.

Unfortunately there is a bug with Visual Composer frontend editor and our theme. We’ll try to fix it in future updates.
We recommend you to use backend editor instead.

Hi Eva,
Hopefully you can help. I’ve done a fresh install of Legenda on wordpress, installed all the plugins needed etc.. but Visual Composer activation caused the WordPress admin pages to white screen. I renamed the plugin folder to get it back to normal, deleted the plugin and uploaded js_composer.zip again and tried to activate, same issue…
I contact WPBakery who had a look and said the zip I was trying to install conflicted with an inbuilt version and that was the problem and that I’d have to contact theme support for help. If I provide details can you login and try and get the plugin working for me?

Same here. When I try to edit any page with visual composer frontend editor the logo starts loading but nothing else happens. The page keeps loading and stays white.
As I am totally new to wordpress I would highly appreciate this to work.

All plugins are external extensions which are included into theme because for each product we purchase “Extended license” and that’s why we are able to include it into them. This plugins work fine without activation and you can always get actual version if you want directly from us. Just ask and we’ll send you current version. We update plugins with theme updates time to time so with each next theme update, plugins will be also updated. The option with registering of these plugins has been already added to plugin and this only allow you to get automatic updates and support for this plugin directly from author if you need. You don’t need to register this product because it is not required but if you want to get those features, then you need to purchase this plugin directly from author. This is how it works for all themes on Themeforest and not only in our case.
