    Hi there,

I installed my theme a couple of weeks ago. For the last week, I was able to work well on my pages with Visual Composer.

Sometimes, a message shows in the top of my WP Dashboard telling me I need to active the plugin (even when it was working fine). When I put in my purchase code from Envato (which I am grabbing the purchase code for the Legenda theme), it tells me that it is invalid on the plugin page for the license key.

The static blocks were not working at all – the Visual Composer would just keep trying to work, but never would load. I kept seeing the loading Visual Composer icon in my browser.

Today, now I am having the same issue on my pages. It keeps loading and loading. My internet is working fine and I’ve tried alternate browsers. Please help. I would rather not give my FTP login, but WP-login is below.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

P.S. I thought I might add that using Visual Composer when working on posts appears to be working just fine.

    Hello,

Are you checking frontend editor of Visual Composer?
It won’t work as there are some elements that are hard to load.
We recommend you to use backend editor instead.

The plugin works fine without activation and you can always get actual version if you want directly from us. Just ask and we’ll send you current version. We update plugins with theme updates time to time so with each next theme update, plugins will be also updated. The option with registering of the plugin has been already added to plugin and this only allows you to get automatic updates and support for this plugin directly from author if you need. You don’t need to register this product because it is not required but if you want to get those features, then you need to purchase this plugin directly from author. This is how it works for all themes on Themeforest and not only in our case.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

Yes I am using Front End editor. There aren’t any videos or anything crazy so I don’t know why it wouldn’t work. And considering the ease of using this plugin is part of the advertising, I really wish it were working. I cannot figure out how to change the small banner images in the back end editor where I could quickly do it in the front end.

Can you look at my home page, because I certainly thing this shouldn’t make it have a hard time loading. There’s like nothing on it.

Nevermind on the back end – I just now figured out where to put the image (pushing the pencil icon). But is there a way I can get my front end working again? It’s so much easier when you can visually see the page itself – coming from someone that is not a web design person.

    Hello,

Unfortunately frontend editor of Visual Composer doesn’t work with the theme. We’ll try to fix it in future updates.

    Sorry for inconveniences.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
