Visual Composer License Key - by cyan - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hi,

    I’ve just updated the theme and WordPress on one of our sites. I have also updated all of the plugins except for the Visual composer which says it needs a license key. I have tried putting the Legenda license key in which doesn’t work. What is the license key needed to make this work or how can I find it?

    Hello,

    This plugins work fine without activation. You don’t need to register this product because it is not required but if you want to get those features, then you need to purchase this plugin directly from author. This is how it works for all themes on Themeforest and not only in our case.

    Hi,

    I need to update the visual composer to ensure that it works correctly and it isn’t updating because I don’t have the code. I have the latest version of WordPress and your theme but not the latest version of the visual composer…

    Please provide us with FTP credentials in Private Content and we help you to update VC plugin.

    Hi,

    The site now has no visual composer and the text on pages is now white on white meaning we can’t read it. I’ve attached login details so you can see for yourself.

    Yes I am aware of that. Did you look on an actual page of the site? That is where the problem is as I said above.

    If this can’t be fixed in the next 15 minutes can it be rolled back to where it was before you updated the composer? Thanks.

    Sorry for the delay. We are looking for a reason for this.
    Could you provide full access to the admin panel?
    Also we can’t log in to your FTP now. Have got this message “530 Sorry, the maximum number of clients (3) for this user are already connected.”

    Hello Mackenzy,

    please provide us with your e-mail in private content and we will send you latest version of Visual Composer plugin.
    Our Legenda theme does not come with Visual Composer key so you can not update plugin automatically. You do not need key to use this plugin with our theme.
    Every new release of our theme has latest version of bundled plugins available. If you want to get premium support from plugin developer – you need to buy this plugin.
