    Hi,
I have installed woopress theme and am trying to set up the footer as per the demo. However, when I go to static blocks and add new I do not see the visual composer. When I go to the general settings of visual composer I do not have the option to turn it on or off for different post types. Is this normal? Do I need a license to get this to work or should it be working already? I don’t want to purchase a license if it’s not needed.
    thanks for your help.

Don’t worry, on the third time of searching the forum I have found the answer. The option has moved from visual composer general settings to Visual Composer > Role manager > Post types > Select “Custom” > and then click the relevant boxes to show visual composer. Slightly annoying now as it has to be done for all roles.

Perhaps the documentation needs to be updated to reflect this change.

    Thanks.
