Hi, I’m using the Classico theme and am trying to edit a static block for my page footer.
However, when I get to the editor, Visual Composer isn’t available. It’s available for all other pages, though.
Attached is a screenshot… how do I fix this?
Hello,
You’re using old theme version. Please update.
Here is video tutorial how to update theme:

The video tutorial is for Legenda theme, but the process is identical.
You can download the latest plugins versions at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ,
enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.
Also select all Content Types in Dashboard->Visual Composer->General Settings.
Regards,
Robert Hall.
Robert,
I just updated Classico to the latest version – 1.2 – and I’m still getting the same error.
When I try to edit or create a new static block, I’m still not seeing the Visual Composer editor.
I’ve linked to a screenshot of what I see in the Static Block editor.
How do I get Visual Composer to appear so I edit these blocks?
Hello,
You need enable it in WP Dashboard > Visual Composer > Settings > Content Types > tick the types you need to have Visual Composer editor.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
Thanks Jack – worked like a charm!
