Visual Composer Not Available on Static Blocks

I’m trying to add a new static block but I do not see visual composer as an option.

Here you can see what I mean:

How can I activate visual composer on static blocks so that I can set up my footer as shown in your instruction video?

Ok, I figured out how to activate VC for static blocks but the VC elements are not showing in Static Blocks…
