Visual Composer Not Responding - by KellyKade

    When I go into VC on a page or create a new page, it allows me to add an element but not edit that element or any existing one. I click on edit and nothing happens. HELP!

    Hello,

    You need to update WPBakery Visual Composer and Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer plugins – https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ (to update premium plugins, connect to your server using FTP. Copy extracted plugins folders into wp-content/plugins/)

    OK I did this and I am still not able to edit content. When I click on the pen icon to edit, nothing happens. I know that I updated the files in the FTP because the ‘last modified” date is showing current day/time stamp.

    Just cleared cache and it still does not respond when I click on the pen icon to edit an element.

    Could you please provide me link to page where you can’t edit any elements?
    Also, please try to open the editor on another device.

    Thank you. I checked on my other computer and it is working. No sure why it’s not responding on my laptop, but I will figure that out. Thanks for the stellar support as always!
