Visual Composer Not Saving My Work - by antmarweb

    Hi,

    I just purchased WooPress, and I am having trouble with Visual Composer. After I add an image to one of your pre made templates it will not save after I make changes. The icon just spins in the upper left corner. Why is that happening?

    Also, I keep seeing this msg on the top of my screen – Please activate your copy of the Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer to get update notifications, access to support features & other resources! But when I click on Activate, it takes me to Brainstorm and wants a license key. Where do I get a License Key? I tried the only license key that was given to me but no luck. I would like to get rid of that msg bar asking me to Activate as well.

    Master Slider Pro is telling me there is a new version but will not accept the License Key you guys gave me.

    Could someone please tell me what is going on? Thank you kindly. Anthony.

    Hello,

    1) Yes. Also could you please clarify with more details what exactly you mean and show us screenshots?

    2) All plugins are external extensions which are included into theme because for each product we purchase “Extended license” and that’s why we are able to include it into them.
    This plugins work fine without activation and you can always get actual version if you want directly from us.
    Just ask and we’ll send you current version. We update plugins with theme updates time to time so with each next theme update, plugins will be also updated.
    The option with registering of these plugins has been already added to plugin and this only allow you to get automatic updates and support for this plugin directly from author if you need.
    You don’t need to register this product because it is not required but if you want to get those features, then you need to purchase this plugin directly from author. This is how it works for all themes on Themeforest and not only in our case.

    enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.

    Hi Rob,

    I have no problem taking screenshots of what’s going on here, but how do I get them to you? I don’t see an upload button anywhere on this page.

    As long as the product works I really don’t care to get auto updates directly from the author. But I would like to remove that “Please activate your copy of the Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer to get update notifications, access to support features & other resources!” bar. What do you suggest?

    I included my WP login in private. Recap: Try to add an image to the sample page I created and save it. You will see in the upper left corner VC spins and doesn’t save. I just tried it. Let me know.
