Visual Composer not show in Static block editor

Hello.

I would like to modify footer but seem we have no way to do that. Please help.

Hello,

To get VC editor shown for static blocks go to wp dashboard > Visual Composer > Role Manager > Post Types > Custom > tick “static blocks”.
